DESCRIPTION:Join us\, as we traverse through the various gateways of the heart with the aid of the Cacao spirit\, shamanic breathwork\, and a sound bath. If you would like to come\, please RSVP via email (see below) as space is limited. \nWe start with shamanic breathwork and meditative journeying to begin to welcome the many gifts of the great spirit of the cacao. Once we cleansed and revitalized ourselves with shamanic breathwork and this sacred brew of cacao\, everyone will be able to lie down and receive the healing vibrations from a sound bath.
